Once a session is scheduled through the website, it is considered a confirmed appointment. Clients may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ advance notice via email. If a client misses or cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited with no refund provided. If unforeseen circumstances prevent Shrey Sharma from delivering a scheduled session, he may request the client to reschedule before the session begins. In the rare case that Shrey Sharma is unable to conduct the session and is unable to notify the client beforehand, the client may choose toreschedule or request a refund for that session.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final—once a coaching package is bought, it is non-refundable. If a client chooses not to complete all sessions within a purchased package, no refund will be provided. Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Shrey Sharma Coaching and will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances.
