Reschedule Policy

  • Once a session is scheduled by the client through the website, it is considered a set appointment. The client may request to reschedule a session by email giving at least a 24-hour advance notice.

  • If the client misses or cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited. There will be no refund offered.

  • If any circumstance prevents Disha Sharma from delivering the scheduled session, she may request the client to reschedule the session anytime before the start of the session.

  • If any circumstance prevents Disha Sharma from delivering the scheduled session and she is not able to communicate anytime before the start of the session, the client can request a refund for that particular session or reschedule if the client is available at a different time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Once a particular package has been bought by the client on the website, it is not eligible for a refund.

  • If any circumstance prevents the client from completing all of the sessions as per the plan bought by the client, there will be no refund offered.
